So I couldn't react to the fact that CISPA passed one of the barriers it has to face before the Internet in the US becomes a totalitarian nightmare as I was in vacations but now consider it done.

The child whines about his condition. A condition that he and he alone is responsible for. Many say do not blame the brat for it is the parent who spoiled him. I say was it the parents who forced him to make poor font choices? Use a horrendous CGI arm and equally as horrible digital paint for blood? Was it the parents who forced him to poorly Photoshop a boot over the skull? To make an image that so fails to get it's message across that it become exceptionally comical? I would say unto you that is not the parents fault for this hideous abomination.
